They conquer the chemically challenging gluten-free and plant-based baking and savory world daily with new and amazing recipes. We source our raw ingredients from reputable suppliers who bring goods to market produced and manufactured by farmers committed to sustainable, labor-friendly business practices.

We've created a delectable line of house-made savory menu items offered daily, including: soups, salads, lasagna, pizza, pockets, mac-n-chez, tofu scramble, and quiche. We make all of our cheeses from scratch, including our cashew ricotta (in our lasagna) and our chez sauce (in our mac-n-chez, pizzas, and pockets). No Daiya here. We offer 1-2 soups daily, and keep our regulars guessing with a rotation of pizzas, including: green monster, aioli, spinach tomato, and taco. For pockets: bbq tofu, pizza, and tikka. All varieties offered depend on availability of ingredients and how our chefs are feeling that day. (That’s part of the fun!)

Our sweet treats are simply scrumptious and made by hand daily. We offer a variety of flavor profiles to satisfy your sweet tooth. Whether you’re looking for the perfect accompaniment to your cup of coffee in the morning, satisfying that afternoon craving, or enjoying a dessert with your special someone, one of our hearty and delicious treats will make your day complete. We use a variety of alternative flour combinations and organic sweeteners (agave, maple syrup, evaporated cane juice). We love creating the delightful array of muffins, pastries, cookies, cinnamon rolls, donuts, pies, and cakes you see on our counter daily.

Made fresh daily, we use a variety of alternative flours, including: brown rice, potato starch, sorghum, millet, and buckwheat. Exceptional when toasted, and refreshed by a brief trip to the oven, our breads can last for weeks in the fridge and are scrumptious when fresh. Check out our bread schedule to find out what breads are available when. We make four varieties weekly: Old-Fashioned White, Multigrain, Mock Rye, Garlic-Herb. During special times of the year you'll even find Soda Breads, Hot Cross Buns, and other Seasonal specials.

We source only the freshest, organic, single origin beans from Seven Coffee Roasters. They roast coffee daily in White Center, and they’re affectionately known as the "small roaster for small businesses.”
