How to Order Your Custom Cake or Cupcakes

To order your custom cake, please call our baking staff directly: 206.442.1115 ext 2 - they'll be happy to help you design the perfect cake or select the perfect mix of cupcakes for your needs. We require 72 hours notice to make your cake or special order and suggest calling a week or two in advance ; our special orders fill up quickly, especially for weekend pickups.

PLEASE NOTE: our production bakers are available between 7 a.m. -3 p.m. daily. After 3 p.m., please call either Fremont (ext. 3) or Redmond (ext.4) before 6 p.m. - they'll be happy to work with you to craft the perfect cake or select the perfect mix of cupcakes. If you'd like specific illustrations or designs you will need to have them in digital format to send to our bakers before pricing will be given. Stores receive cakes & cupcakes daily and typically have a chocolate and non-chocolate option on hand for sale. Call early (by 8:30 a.m.) to purchase and reserve your cake or cupcakes! We won't be able to write on them or add any decor same-day, but the cake will taste delicious and delight your guests.

Custom Order Policy 3-Days Advance Notice Required

  • Special orders are available for pickup Tue-Sat, all locations. Sunday pickup, Fremont location only.

  • We require 72 hours notice for all custom cake & special orders; we fill up fast so plan ahead!

  • If you place or cancel your order within 72 hours of the due date, your order is non-refundable. Period.

  • You must order a minimum of 6 per frosting flavor when ordering cupcakes or donuts.

  • 12", 14" & 16" must be picked up from our FREMONT LOCATION ONLY due to limited space at our Redmond location.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

  • All sales are final. This is a custom order, made just for you. No returns, no refunds.

  • Store Cake Refrigerated. If you won’t be serving your cake within 4 hours, store it in a refrigerator until 1-2 hour before serving.

  • Serve Cake at Room Temperature. If under 12”, one hour on counter, if over 12” in diameter allow for two hours.

  • Design & Color are Approved Upon Departure. We’ll show you your cake before you leave the shop, if you give us the thumbs up - we assume it’s all good. We can’t control what happens after you leave our store.

Issues Must be Reported Within 24 Hours of Pickup. Please make us aware of any issues immediately so we can address them. Any cake issues or feedback beyond 24 hours will be documented for improvement and quality purposes only, not eligible for monetary refund if we find a refund is warranted. 

ALLERGEN STATEMENT
Our facility produces items that contain nuts, corn, soy, coconut, peanuts, tree nuts and other known allergens. We do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination of these items, but if you have concerns or severe allergic reactions to any of the items listed above or included in our comprehensive product ingredient lists, we do not recommend you consume our products. Our products are certified gluten-free and 100% vegan, that’s our only guarantee.
