WEEKLY Bread Schedule

All breads are baked fresh daily and available as loaves and rolls. You can pre-order loaves and rolls for pickup the day they're scheduled - or - if you'd like a bulk order, you can purchase in 6-loaf or 48-roll quantities for special order pickup, any day of the week. Three-days (3) notice required for all special orders; all orders must be pre-paid.

Monday/Wednesday - Old Fashioned White

water, cornmeal, flax, brown rice syrup, brown rice flour, potato starch,
sorghum flour, xanthan gum, salt,  yeast, safflower oil.

Tuesday/Saturday - Multi-grain

water, brown rice syrup, rice milk, brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour,
flax, sunflower seeds, xanthan gum, salt, yeast, safflower oil

Thursday - Mock Rye

water, cornmeal, flax seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, brown rice syrup, brown rice flour,
potato starch, sorghum flour, xanthan gum, salt, yeast, safflower oil

Friday/Sunday - Garlic Herb
