The Flying Apron Bakery is a dedicated certified gluten-free & vegan bakery and cafe offering a variety of delectable savory and bakery goods. Our products are made using our unique flour blends with an emphasis on whole grain flours including quinoa, oat, sorghum and brown rice. Our goal is to make gluten-free & vegan goods delicious, delightful and accessible to all; an everyday treat.
Our retail locations in FREMONT and REDMOND Washington offer locals a variety of delicious treats including cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts and custom cakes for design and delivery to your special occassion. We offer savory items too: lasagna, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza and a full line of breads. We're regularly testing and re-engineering our recipes to create new and tasty treats as well - recently developing a whoopie pie that's been flying out the door, it's amazing!
We deliver to and support over 130 wholesale customers from locally owned coffee shops and cafes to specialty grocery stores and colleges as far south as Lakewood, north to Bellingham, east to Redmond and some stores across the water in the Kitsap Peninsula.
