Donation Requests

Although we would like to support every worthy donation request that comes to us, we unfortunately cannot, therefore, we ask you to help us make the donation by providing the information we need to make an informed decision.

The following information should help you determine if you should proceed to filling out our donation request form.

1. All requests must be made via the Flying Apron Donation Request form, available here.
2. We have a maximum of one donation per organization per year.
3. Your organization or event must be within 5 miles of our store or pertain directly to a gluten-free or vegan diet.
4. Your organization must be a nonprofit organization, and proof of your status via a tax ID number is required.
5. Your application must be received 30 days before the event to be considered.
6. Our receipt of your application does not guarantee support.
