Our breads are hearty and rich and represent a broad variety of flavors. Made fresh daily, we use a variety of alternative flours including: brown rice, white rice, potato starch, sorghum, millet, buckwheat and oat. Exceptional when toasted, and refreshed by a brief trip in the oven, our breads can last for weeks in the fridge and are scrumptious when fresh.
