Products
Flying Apron products are created with your good health in mind. They are made using the finest gluten free, vegan ingredients; whole grain wheat free flours and non-hydrogenated oils. The Flying Apron is a wheat free, gluten free and vegan bakery. Many of our products are or can be alternatively sweetened, using such ingredients as agave, maple syrup, or stevia. We proudly list all of the ingredients above each product in the Flying Apron and on the label of every product that goes out to our partners.

Local Producers Program
At the Flying Apron, we try to promote environmentally sound choices. These take the form of healthy products for the environment of the individual, sustainable practices for the environment of the planet, and also sound business decisions to promote a healthy economic environment. One of the ways we try to accomplish this is through our Local Producers Program, which encourages cooperation, knowledge sharing, and community building within our local area. We believe that working with companies in an environment of shared values truly creates sustainable positive growth, as opposed to methods such as donations, which, although noble, do not provide lasting benefits. Internet Shopping
We now have a number of special products available for sale over the internet. These products have been specifically designed to hold up under shipping and storage, so they take the form of kits to make and bake at home. We recognize the difficulty in finding some of the vegan, gluten free ingredients, so the kits are all inclusive.
