What Does Gluten-Free and Vegan Mean?
Our items do NOT contain any: wheat, barley, rye, dairy, egg, butter - anything containing any animal product or gluten.
And yes - EVERYTHING - we make is gluten-free & vegan.

Our entire facility is gluten free. We test our products and ingredients regularly to insure no cross-contamination at the raw-good level. If you have Celiac, you can feel safe consuming any of our products.

Our retail locations in FREMONT and REDMOND Washington offer locals a variety of delicious treats including cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts and custom cakes for design and delivery to your special occasion. We offer savory items too: lasagna, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza and a full line of breads. We're regularly testing and re-engineering our recipes to create new and tasty treats as well - in April, 2015 we launched donuts - next up - a delicious Cinnamon Roll and New Old Fashioned White Bread!
